In “The World on the Turtle’s Back,” the grandmother favors the left-handed twin. Which twin do you think would be the most popular today? Why? Do you think the myth makes one twin easier to favor than the other, or are they treated equally? If you determine that the twins are treated equally in the text, explain why they both should be respected. Evaluate the role of each twin to generate your response.
